Our easy access to Interstate 55/70, Interstate 270 and Interstate 255 allows us to get to our bigger neighboring communities almost as quickly as their own residents can. We can speak in terms of “miles” but for most busy families it is about “how long does it take me to get to …” soccer practice, dinner and a movie, grandma and grandpa’s house, the Zoo, university classes and so on. Often a trade-off to rural living is the sacrifice of convenience. But that is not the case in Bethalto.
